Entry Level Recruiter - Tampa


An Entry Level Recruiter assists in the recruitment of suitable candidates for job vacancies and learns the recruitment profession.

Daily Responsibilities: 

  • Creating and placing job ads to attract applicants
  • Receiving applications, screening candidates, and collating applicant documentation
  • Assisting with the interview, assessment, and selection processes
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Attending briefings with HR management on shortlisted candidates
  • Communicating with applicants
  • Assisting with monitoring and reporting on successful placements
  • Selling and marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Some experience in an office-based work environment
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS and ATS
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Total comfort with demanding targets and metrics
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
  • 1+year of experience in a sales or metric driven environment (Preferred)
  • Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
