Sales/Customer Service Representative - SAT - San Antonio

We are excited to welcome a Customer Service and Sales Representative to our team! In this dynamic role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with customers, resolving issues, and identifying sales opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide high-quality customer service while accurately diagnosing customer needs.
  • Promote and sell products and services tailored to customer preferences.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and sales required.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in computer usage, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and adapt to changing situations.
  • Positive attitude, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
