Performance Manager - Sales


Performance Manager

OneTouch Direct is seeking a motivated and experienced Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and training to ensure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and feedback.
  • Monitor individual and team performance, track sales metrics, and report on progress.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets and company goals.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to improve the team's performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and improved productivity.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and changes, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a sales supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Some travel required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
