Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of sales operations within the call center to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and refine operational processes and procedures to improve sales execution.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders to drive strategy and align operational processes with sales goals.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and operational protocols.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
  • Identify areas for automation and technology needs to streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or management within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing teams.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment while managing multiple projects.
