This role involves creating engaging training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs for customer service representatives.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training sessions to enhance employee skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to improve performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and objectives.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate a diverse group of employees.
- Experience with training development and evaluation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Education or related field is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and other training tools.
