As a Customer Support Representative in sunny Tampa, you'll be the friendly voice who assists first responders through AT&T FirstNet. Your role will be crucial in making sure our customers feel valued and heard while resolving their inquiries with a smile!
What you'll do:
- Answer inbound calls with enthusiasm and provide top-notch customer service.
- Solve customer issues and create a positive experience from start to finish.
- Assist customers with their inquiries and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Quickly find effective answers to customer questions.
- Know when to elevate issues, making sure every voice is taken into account.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with a friendly tone.
- Professional and approachable phone etiquette.
- A heartfelt passion for helping customers and making their day better.
- Ability to handle pressure with grace and poise.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer support is a great plus!
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is appreciated!
Benefits
- The WEEKLY COMISSION will be paid based on performance, you receive can an additional $1, $2, or $3 an hour.
- Monthly COMISSION - To qualify for the monthly commission, YOU MUST WORK 150 HOURS AND 7 DAY FUNCTION RESOLVE 91% OR HIGHER.
