Corporate Sales Trainer - SAT - San Antonio

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new hire training programs specifically tailored to support the sales team in achieving their targets and improving their performance.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that emphasize effective sales tactics, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and assessments, and refine programs accordingly.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs and skill gaps, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies.
  • Offer continuous coaching and mentorship to sales representatives, fostering a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and impactful.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a sales trainer or similar role, preferably within a contact center or telecommunication environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer engagement practices.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of inspiring and motivating diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze training materials and outcomes to drive improvements.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems.

Requirements

  • Experience as a sales trainer or a relevant training role.

  • Degree in Business, Education, or related discipline is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office and training software.
